By commissioning me, you agree to the following:⸻Usage
• Artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only
• Payment is in USD ($) only
———Do NOT use for:
• Ai Reproduction/Image generation
• Merchandise
• NFTs / crypto / blockchain
• Resale or profitViolation = blacklist + loss of usage rights⸻Payment:
• 100% upfront via invoice (payment will be done within either Venmo/paypal)
• Payment due within 48 hours
• Slot is lost if unpaidNo refunds once work has started⸻Cancellations
• Full refund only if work has not started
• No refunds after work begins⸻Process:
• I will send a sketch (WIP)
• Revisions allowed only during sketch phase
• Later changes may cost extra (if possible)⸻Deadlines:
• If a deadline is required, please provide a specific date, Tell me before I start
• Rush orders = extra fee (discussed case-by-case)⸻Communication:
Communication will be primarily through instagram dm or email.Communication after a initial completed sketch:
• If no response for 2 months → moved to bottom of queue
• If no response for 1 year → commission canceled, no refundPlease only message for important updates/questions⸻Delays:All sales are final
